The North East London NHS Foundation Trust (NELFT) has appointed three new Executive Directors to the Trust Board.
Brid Johnson has been appointed chief operating officer, having served as acting executive director of Integrated Care for London since 1 July 2022. Johnson has a nursing background and has worked in the NHS for over 30 years. She will take up the new position on 1st March.
Dr Mohit Venkataram has been appointed deputy chief executive, joint NELFT from East London NHS Foundation Trust where he is the Executive Director of Commercial Development. He will start part time on 1 March and full time on 1 May.
Navin Kalia is the new chief finance officer. He is currently working as deputy director of finance and corporate resources at Welsh Ambulance Services NHS Trust and has previously held finance roles across different NHS organisations.
Paul Calaminus, chief executive of NELFT said: “I know you will join me in congratulating all three of our colleagues and providing a warm welcome to them in their new roles. I am looking forward to working with them as part of the Executive Management Team and wider Trust Board.”
