NHS Confederation has announced an exciting series of vanguard site visits to start at the end of October.
Led by those involved in developing the vanguards, the visits will involve a tour of local services, allowing delegates the opportunity to see first-hand how vanguards are delivering new models of care and implementing innovative transformation programmes.
They will also include an overview of the local health and care economy and opportunities to meet local senior leaders to share experiences of leading transformation programmes.
The one-day visits will take place on Tuesday 31 October (North East Hampshire)and Wednesday 15 November (Nottingham and Nottinghamshire STP).
