NHS Digital has recently published information on the costs of running the NHS estate.
The Estates Return Information Collection, 2021-22 (ERIC) includes the costs of providing, maintaining and servicing the estate.
Figures include national and local level information from all NHS Trusts in England delivering secondary care and ambulance services between 1 April 2021 and 31 March 2022.
The report includes comparisons with the previous year in key areas including financial information, safety, buildings, utilities, waste, car parking, inpatient food, laundry and linen, cleaning and portering services.
