NHS Digital has published information on land and buildings which have been sold, in addition to land which has been retained but developed and used for housing.

The Surplus Land contributes to the Government Public Sector Land Disposal Programme as it provides information on sites that can be disposed of. It can be used to check the progress made in regards to the government’s targets which relate to releasing publicly owned land for housing.
