NHS looks to US physician associates for under-doctored areas
The programme is designed to immediately relieve pressures on GPs in under-doctored areas and will contribute to meeting Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt’s pledge to recruit 5,000 more PAs by 2020.
Vacancies are currently being advertised across a number of English regions, including North West London, Leicester and Sheffield.
